Super Simple Peanut Butter Pie

Standard

Imagine you have, like, no baking skills and still need to make an awesome vegan dessert.  Maybe for your Valentine. Or just for yourself, to eat while watching movies this weekend. Whatevs.  Don’t worry about it. We’ve got you covered.

This peanut butter pie is our variation on an old-school, vegan classic. The base of the pie is silken tofu. From there, you can tinker with the flavors a little. There are chocolate tofu pies that taste kind of like fudge, and types made with different nut butters and sweeteners. We humbly offer up our peanut butter version, sweetened with maple syrup, for all your sweet cravings…
